There are no exceptional circumstances for torture

​Torture or cruel, inhumane and degrading treatment cannot be excused under any circumstances, as a means of interrogation, intimidation, to protect national security, or under the pretext of the best interest of the child.


Every victim of attacks on their very dignity as a person, need to be recognized for the inhumane state of pain that they have been subjected to by Norwegian authorities.
